This office was amazing, they went over and beyond to make my daughters smile beautiful again. Dr. Kinsley did incredible work, I am so thankful he fit us in so quick. Thank you so much to him, his whole office and staff for taking such great care of my daughter and fixing her teeth.

After spending the last month in severe TMJ pain and feeling discouraged after another dental appointment, I was desperately searching for someone who could actually help. Even though Dr. John L. Kinsley was out of my insurance network, I was incredibly grateful that his office was able to fit me in at the last minute. From the moment I called, everyone was so kind and compassionate. His daughter at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and you can immediately tell this is a family practice that truly cares about its patients. Dr. Kinsley is unlike any dentist I've ever seen. He spent a significant amount of time getting to know my health history, asking about previous injuries, falls, and anything that could be contributing to my TMJ pain. He explained how the jaw functions in a way that was easy to understand, showed me educational videos, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed. For the first time in 6 months, I finally felt like someone was listening and genuinely wanted to find the root cause of my pain—not just treat the symptoms. I’ve never had such an amazing experience at a dentist before! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and cared for. They took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was at ease throughout my visit. I’ve had some unpleasant dental experiences in the past, but that completely changed after coming here. I needed to have a couple of fillings redone and was pretty nervous, but Dr. Kinsley and the staff were absolutely incredible — gentle, professional, and so reassuring. They made the entire experience smooth and stress-free, and even followed up afterward to make sure I was doing well. I can’t recommend this office highly enough! I’ll never go anywhere else for dental care.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Kinsley and his incredible team! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Jillian and Jackie, who work the front desk, are absolute gems. They’re warm, organized, and truly set the tone for the whole experience. You can tell they’re the heartbeat of the office—always smiling, helpful with scheduling and insurance questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly. I was completely pleased with my 1st visit at Dr. Kinsley’s office. The entire staff was so very nice and welcoming. Dr. Kinsley is an excellent and knowledgeable dentist who explained everything to me and showed me his work on other participating clients that was very informative and impressive to me, not to mention important to me since I’m quite afraid of dental work that is desperately needed in my case.
